हेलो फ्रेंड्स आज में यहा पे स्मार्ट सिटी(Smart city) होता क्या हे ! इसकी हमें जरुरत क्या हे ! इनसे हमें क्या फायदा होगा ! इस के बारे में बताऊंगा ।

स्मार्ट सिटी के लिए क्या क्या जरुरी है।  

स्मार्ट सिटी(Smart city) के लिए आधुनिक तकनीक, जन सुविधा, सुरक्षित पर्यावरण, परिवन व्यवस्ता, उन्नत कारोबार और इंटरनेशन पहोच जरुरी होती है। 

एक तरह से इसको हम सिटी की तस्वीर बदलने की योजना भी कह शकते है।

स्मार्ट सिटी बनानेकी जरुरत क्या पड़ी। 

जो हमारी पॉपुलेशन बढ़ रही है और उनके कारण रहने के लिए जो प्रॉब्लम हो रहे है वो इस मिशन से हमारी प्रॉब्लम को कम कर शकते है और इकॉनमी प्रोग्रेस भी कर शकते है। 

स्मार्ट सिटी से हमें क्या फायदा होगा। 

स्मार्ट सिटी में कई सारी इंटरनेशन कंपनी या आएँगी तो उसके कारण हमें रोजगारी मिल शकेंगी।

स्मार्ट सिटी में होता क्या है।   

स्मार्ट सिटी में होटल, कंपनीया, बैंक, एजुकेशनल सेक्टर, हॉस्पिटल और रेसिडेंशियल एरिया भी होता है।

स्मार्ट सिटी में सूचान प्रौद्योगिकी का बहोत बड़ा योगदान है।

ये कोई छोटा प्रोजेक्ट नहीं है।

Budget : Government of  India will provide Rs. 7,060 crore for 100 Smart Cities( Modi's vision of 'Smart Cities' ).

नरेन्द्र मोदी जब चीफ मिनिस्टर थे तब से स्मार्ट सिटी प्रोजेक्ट का काम शुरू हो गया था। 

1st स्मार्ट सिटी (1st Smart City in India) बन रहा हे गुजरात के गांधीनगर सिटी में इसका नाम दिया गया है गिफ्ट-सिटी(Gift-City)(Gujarat International Finance Tec-City) ।

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City(GIFT-CITY) Address : 

Centrally located in the state of Gujarat, between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, on the bank of river Sabarmati, having geographical coordinates 23°9’26’’N 72°41’12’’E.

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City(GIFT-CITY) Information :

गिफ्ट सिटी 890 acres में फैली हुए है, ये गिफ्ट सिटी डोमेस्टिक एरिया और बिज़नेस जोन ऐसे दो भाग मे वहेची हुए है। 

इस गिफ्ट सिटी में होटल, एजुकेशन सेक्टर, इंटरनेशन कंपनीया और मेट्रो फैसिलिटी जैसी बहुत चीज बनने वाली है।  

इस गिफ्ट सिटी में 110 मंजिल के हाई राइज 2 टावर, 80 मंजिल का स्पेशल डायमंड टावर, 28 मंजिल के 2 टावर, 20 thousand हाउस बनने वाले है।

Aim of Smart Cities : 

इसमे 30 लाख लोग रह शकते है और 10 लाख नौकरियां मिलेंगी।

Singapore in Andhra Pradesh’s new capital (Amaravati).
USA in Ajmer, Allahabad and Visakhapatnam.


After a 100 smart cities this year(Year 2015), it could be 132 smart villages(Year 2016) in the next financial year. The academia that has come together under the umbrella created by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has initiated the process of identifying the villages and designing workable solutions to develop these villages into smart communities. The project will get funding in the next fiscal year.

Indian 15th Prime Minister Narendra Modi's concept of  "adarsh gram" have been picked up by human resource development ministry. With IITs:- Including Madras, Bombay, Kanpur, Roorkee, Delhi, Guwahati and Kharagpur, having a rural technology action groups in place, the Human Resource Development (HRD) ministry has asked institutions to adopt villages under PM's "Unnat Bharat Abhiyan" (UBA).

Modi's "Skill India" project, which aims to provide training and skills development for more than 500 million Indian young people by 2020, will also feed the skills base.

India is still at the beginning of its journey to create hundred smart cities and talent will be decisive in realizing the huge opportunities on offer. These 100 pieces but it's a moving into place to create huge opportunities.
