1) GOL GUMBAZ
The second biggest dome in the world appears to every one's eyes towards the height of sky, around some kilometers from Bijapur city. This is the very wonderful monument among the memorable architecture of Adilshahis build by Mohammed Adilshahi the 7th ruler of Adil Shahi dynastry between 1626-1656. It contains within a walled enclosed by four lofty walls towards height 100ft. on top a whispering gallery of 38 mtrs. around its base.
The remarkable feature is a slightest whisper also hearing in magnified ten times. Around the outside the dome, between the tops of the arches and the parapet is a notable feature and considered a daring step in the engineering in country.
At the raised flat form in between the square hall are the replica tombs of Mohammed Adilshah and his family. Actually really tombs lie in a crypt below.
2) IBRAHIM ROZA
On western outskirts of the city, lies a exquisite group of building containing the twin edifices of the scrupture of Inrahim Adil Shah and a Mosque adorned by slender minarets at each corner of topmost elegance and delicacy fine stone filigree and decorative work out of gold.

3) BARA KAMAAN
Built by Ali Shah-II between 1656 to 1682. If the Construction completed, it is the biggest monuments than Golbumbaz but the construction was stopped due to the death of Ali Adil Shah- II and forth comming Adil Shahi Administration neglected this wonderful Architecture. Thereby today we can see the incompleted monuments.
4) SHIVA SHIVAGIRI
A wonderful & Elegantly designed and Constructed cement Sculpture, Marvellous in look, attracts everyone by his Dhyana Mode, Who sat in Shivagiri on Ukkali road is just 1Km, away from Golgubaz. The height of Shiva statue is 60 ft. It was built in 2006 in Basant Van, Shivagiri. It is also an added tourist spot in the map of Bijapur.
5) MALIK - E - MAIDAN
It means "Badasha of Warfield". A canon which is 14 ft. 41 Inches length, 4 ft. 11 Inches diameter & in Weight 55 tons. Laid on round flat from on Burj. It was cast in Gun Metel in 1549 in Ahmednagar and it is used in 1565 war against Vijaynagar.
6) UPALI BURUJ
80 ft. hifh Buruj (Tower) built in 1584 by Military Chief Haidarkhan by order of II Ibrahim Adilsah. The whole Bijapur coty appers bery beautiful from top.
7) BIJAPUR FORT
Each kingdom had built a fort and Bijapur has 2 forts. One is the fort around his palace and second one is the around the city. which is more or less Ruined. Bijapur palace fort built by founder of Adil Shah, Usuf Adishahi in 1503 - 04. These forts had 4 main gates followed by sub main gates in a big west pit around the walls. These Walls measured 11 k.m. and 120 towers around the fort wall.
8) ASAR MAHAL
In 1646, It was built by Sultan Mohammad for the justice hall and this is related to Royal Residence.
A square tank situated in front of the Mahal.
9) ANAND MAHAL
This is a two storied palace built by Ibrahim Adilshah with an open front flat form, reached at both ends by a flight of steps.
10) TAJ BAWADI
Built by Ibrahim Adilshah II in the memory of his wife Taj Sultana in 1620. This is measured 223 ft. square well and 52 ft. deep in west and south, rest room are there. In main gate archway a board flatform which helps to touch water from both the ends.
